WMRMYC Inc Club Championship - 26th July & 30th August 2015

Our club championship has been run and won, after the first 12 races at Carbrook in a light Westerly to North-Westerly with several winners on the day, we moved on to the boat harbour on the 30th August.

A West-to-South light breeze typical for this time of year prevailed for most of the 12 races held, all of the final top six won races and can be pleased with their efforts. There were a lot of spectators on the day, taking photos and enjoying the sport provided.

I won the day and the event and I am very happy to join the other names on the trophy. Andrew was very consistent throughout the two days with the oldest boat in the fleet and held on to 2nd place; Brad improved from Carbrook and overcame radio problems with Craig Jones’ help to get to 3rd place. BIG thanks to Dennis [PRO] and Ian for making the day happen and running it smoothly.
